Cancellation Policy

• Pupils must give at least 24 hours notice to change/cancel a pre-arranged driving lesson. Failure to do so will result in the driving lesson being charged in full.
• Driving instructors may have to change or cancel lessons with or without notice. We will always try to give as much notice as possible to rearrange any lessons.

Use of car

• IPASSÜ Driving School will provide a fully insured, dual controlled car for all driving lessons and tests.
• IPASSÜ Driving School reserve the right to refuse to take a pupil on test and/or provide the use of a car if the instructor feels the pupil is not ready for test. This is in accordance with 'The Code of Conduct' for driving instructors set out by the DSA and ensures your safety as well as other road users.

Booking of tests and intensive courses

• All test bookings are subject to availability from the DSA. We cannot guarantee test dates and bookings.

Fines

• Whilst under tuition, driving instructors will endeavour, at all times, to ensure pupils obey all traffic rules and road signs. However, in the event of any fines incurred during a lesson, this will be paid for by the driver of the vehicle if all efforts have been made to prevent the driver from committing the illegal fault. (Please note that this rarely happens)
